People

- We will ensure that our staff are properly trained and resourced and are committed to our values.
Finance
- We will vigorously seek fee for service work through an increased focus on individual employers and company partnerships.
- We will secure revenues that are sufficient to meet our current operational objectives and provide a platform for future growth.
- We will comply with all regulatory and contractual requirements.
Communications
- An inherent theme of our internal communication process is to regularly assess the operational culture of the organisation so as to retain our strong team focus.
- We will use effective communication to create stronger alliances with employers and companies to grow participation in all our current and future activities.
