throughout the Wheatbelt and Metropolitan areas of Western Australia involved in employment and training.

- Host Employers of apprentices and trainees;

- Training of staff;

- Government organisations and large companies
for management of staff training.
Jobseekers:
- Long and short-term unemployed;
- Disabled persons;
- Disengaged youth;
- School leavers;
- Mature aged unskilled workers, seeking a qualification; and
- People looking for a change of career.
