Leah Klassek - Group Training Australia WA Trainee of the Year

Leah Klassek (Directions trainee) was announced as Group Training Australia WA's 'Trainee of the Year' on Friday 5 August. Leah was chosen for this award due to her outstanding career achievements, community involvement, leadership, communications skills and dermination in setting goals.
Leah said that being in a traineeship taught her the intricate skills and knowledge she would not otherwise know if just in general employment or at TAFE. "I strongly believe that the Australian apprenticeship arrangements can easily be considered the best induction for youth entering the workforce. I would definitely encourage youth considering their career pathway to look into these opportunities."
