Supervisor Training

Directions offers training to supervisors of students and trainees. The units delivered aim to help supervisors to build and improve their own skills so that they can provide their staff with a quality training experience in the workplace. Topics include facilitating work based and individual learning, planning and organising assessments and providing training through instruction and demonstration of work skills.
