We can help you build the skills you need in your workforce and ensure that you get a candidate ready to learn and contribute to your business success.

Small enough to care about the personal touches and big enough to ensure you get all the support, expertise and advice you and your apprentice or trainee need throughout the term of their training, Directions can tailor the service to meet the needs of your enterprise and free you up to focus on your core business.

What Our Customers Say About Us

“Directions Employment Coordinators handle all the paperwork required, the payroll etc and carry out an induction prior to the apprentice commencing with us, plus all the TAFE training arrangements as required. Most importantly, as employers we are notified of the apprentice’s progress through regular visits throughout their apprenticeship and should there be any concerns they are dealt with immediately, and if the need arises that we require support in difficult situations, the experienced team from Directions have always made themselves available to assist in any form of mediation that may be required. Prior to an apprenticeship, where possible, a meeting is arranged with the parents or the legal guardian to explain some of the benefits from both sides and as to why we elect to employ our apprentices through a training provider such as Directions.”

Alex, McIntosh & Sons

“Directions WA has made it very simple for us to employ apprentices as all we need to do is request them to find us some to interview and they handle everything else involved in employing them, leaving us to focus on our day to day roles.”

Jon, Landmark Engineering

“Thank you very much for allowing us to hire a room at your venue yesterday. Your help on Monday and throughout the day yesterday was over and beyond and we really did appreciate it. The room was perfect for our Group education program and the Facilitators, Penny and Sheryl, were very helpful on the day. We will definitely recommend you to other people and look forward to using you in the future.”

Kelly Baxter, Diabetes WA

“The quality of applicants was outstanding to the point that I have decided to take on 4 apprentices instead of 3.”

Travis, Traction and Mining Motor Repairs

“The relationship we have built with Directions over the year has given the opportunity for 3 of our players to commence apprenticeships in the construction industry. We look forward to building on that great relationship between Perth Football Club & Directions.”

Marty Atkins, CEO Perth Football Club

“I first came into Narrogin Directions in June 2016 when I was working at a local company, as managers were changing and shifts were uncertain. I was looking for a new role that was more secure. Rebecca helped me with a Career Plan and to write a resume, as well as teaching me to attach my resume to emails and online job applications. I came in regularly to use the computers for online job search and for help with cover letters. Rebecca helped me to apply for a farm role in Kojonup that was advertised online. I was successful and the job comes with housing so I am moving down to Kojonup into a secure role. Thank you to Directions and Rebecca for all of their help, I don’t think it would have been possible without the assistance.”
